    Users are responsible for:

  • providing correct delivery details,
  • using the Service lawfully.

    • The Service is intended for adult users unless otherwise permitted by applicable law.

    3. Orders and Prices

    Before an order is confirmed, the relevant transaction information will be displayed, including where applicable:

  • products or services,
  • prices,
  • delivery charges,
  • additional fees,
  • total amount payable.

    • Orders are subject to availability.

    An order may be rejected or cancelled if, for example, an item is unavailable, no courier is available, a technical issue occurs or the order would breach applicable law.

    4. Payments

    Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.

    Payments may be processed by third-party payment service providers.

    Users must be legally authorised to use their selected payment method.

    5. Deliveries

    Displayed delivery times are estimates and may be affected by:

  • traffic,
  • weather,
  • high demand,
  • merchant preparation times,
  • circumstances outside our reasonable control.

    • Users must provide the correct address, an active telephone number and any necessary access instructions.

    6. Failed Deliveries

    If delivery cannot be completed because the recipient is unavailable, cannot be contacted or has provided incorrect information:

  • the order may be returned,
  • an additional delivery fee may apply,
  • a full refund may not be available, especially for prepared or perishable products.

    • 7. Cancellations and Refunds

    Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the stage reached by the order.

    Where preparation has already begun or a courier has already accepted or collected the order, a full refund may no longer be available to the extent permitted by law.

    Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

    8. Right of Withdrawal

    Statutory withdrawal rights apply where required by law.

    Such rights may not apply, among other cases, to:

  • perishable goods or food,
  • personalised orders,
  • unsealed hygiene-sensitive goods,
  • fully performed services where the legal requirements for loss of the withdrawal right have been met.

    • 9. Partner Merchants

    Where goods are supplied by a Partner Merchant, that merchant is responsible, to the extent required by law, for information relating to:

  • products,
  • prices,
  • ingredients,
  • allergens,
  • quality,
  • availability.

    • 10. Prohibited Use

    The Service must not be used for:

  • unlawful transactions,
  • fraud,
  • false orders,
  • harassment of couriers or partners,
  • transportation of illegal or dangerous items,
  • abuse of discounts or promotional offers,
  • attempts to interfere with the operation or security of the platform.

    • Accounts may be restricted or suspended in cases of serious or repeated breaches.

    11. Liability

    We use reasonable efforts to operate the Service safely and correctly.

    We are not responsible for delays or issues caused solely by circumstances outside our reasonable control or by incorrect information supplied by the user.

    Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under Greek or EU law.

    12. Intellectual Property

    The platform, software, designs, logos and other proprietary content are protected by applicable intellectual and industrial property laws.

    Unauthorised copying or commercial use is prohibited.

    14. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by Greek law, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights available under Greek or EU legislation.
